Match the method to the surface

An outdoor clean can improve accumulated dirt and surface soiling, but cannot be assumed to repair cracked paving, failed joints or permanent staining. Explain any fragile areas and the result you want. If you need repairs, sealing or other work alongside cleaning, ask explicitly whether that work is available and included.

Before the visit
Explain access, gates, water-supply availability, drainage and the items that can be cleared from the area. These arrangements must be agreed for the actual property. Mention any shared space or neighbouring area that affects the job.
After the clean
Ask about safe access to the area after the agreed treatment and suitable ongoing care. Cleaning results depend on the surface and condition, and maintenance or repair needs should be discussed separately rather than hidden within a general cleaning promise.

Will pressure washing suit my paving?
Not automatically. The material, finish and joints need assessment. Send photos so a suitable approach can be discussed without assuming high pressure is appropriate.
Are repairs or sealing included?
Only work explicitly agreed in the quotation is included. A cleaning enquiry does not automatically include joint repairs, sealing or other restoration.
Can I combine outdoor and indoor cleaning?
Include both in the enquiry with separate photos, sizes and access details. Appolo can discuss the scope and schedule while assessing the different surfaces individually.
